Brian has been involved in Rodeo for 20 years, both as a worker and
as a contestant in Saddle Broncs.
Sandy once owned and operated a 25 stall Boarding Stable also bred and raised horses.
In 1991 we purchased four Longhorn Cows from G - A Rodeo Company.
The following spring our first calf ,named April, was born.
Since then ours cows have given us a calf every year. We have purchased a few more cows since then. April is still on our farm and is part of our breeding program.
Previously our calves were sold as roping calves, but eventually our goal was to raise bucking bulls. We were fortunate to find in our area two Coffey bred bulls.
# 51 Kit Kat and # 52 Arctic Kat . They are half brothers to Skat Kat and both Hooter sons. The first year we bred two of our cows to Kit Kat. The cows were B/B Aretha and B/B Pearl. As Beginners luck would have it the two calves born were Kruiser, now our herd sire and Storm Kat. (See our Bull Page) The following year the same cows were bred to # 52 Arctic Kat. They produced Arctic Fox and Arctic Princess. Storm Kat and Arctic Fox were on the Rodeo Circuit this past Summer.
Currently we have 22 head of Cows, Bulls and Calves and also feed Holstein heifers and bull calves.
